BUNA BOX, INC Returns and Refunds Policy

**Returns and Refund Policy**

At BunaBox, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to enjoy your coffee experience to the fullest. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy carefully to understand your options.

**General Returns and Refund Policy:**

1. **BunaBox and Handmade Items:** You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for BunaBox products and all handmade items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

2. **Coffee Returns:** For coffee returns, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Coffee products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and unused. Coffee that has been opened or used cannot be returned due to its perishable nature.

**Initiating a Return:**

1. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at servicerequest@thebunabox.com or 415.857.2854. Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

2. You may be required to provide photographs of the item(s) you intend to return to help us assess their condition.

**Return Shipping:**

1. Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items to ensure they reach us safely. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

**Refund Process:**

1. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

**Exchanges:**

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for items. If you would like to exchange an item, you can initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

**Exceptions:**

1. Personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are damaged or defective.

2. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
